Cold Tile Caress

By Clydes_Bonnie

Sometimes all I need
is a cold tile caress
when the nights are long
when my mind wont rest..

He stole my voice
and I'm afraid
that soon
very soon..
words wont be enough anymore

and I
I can't keep on living
through windows
and in moments
waiting

I wonder if he knows
how it kills me
how he kills me
every time
every time
hes inside

I'm choking on my weaknesses
in disgust
and stumbling over who am I's
and what are you's
in distrust
in dysfunction..

Hit the fan
to drown out the heaves
these bathroom floor remedies
just ain't what they use to be

I am again amazed. It is such a shame that most people here are missing out on the talent you chose to share with us. You make me wish I was a poet again... ^V^
