Irretastable

By sIo

Invincibly convincingly destructive

Regardless of the place
I find no solace in my taste
Lest i spit or swallow
The chance is never choice

So I keep stoning birds
And mocking traits
For when the end has come
The silence will believe me

Ticking clocks and wind chimes
Inevitably one will stop
Or fall

Remaining still withstanding wait
Such impatience does not subside
Only to regain its place in limbo

Innocence without crime
Not a one of us claims fault
We begin as we will end
No child recollects their time
Of hate

Spoon bred and lip latched
Who's to say its all okay
When all eyes are on you
Biting tongues and ringing ears

All in and on the table
Predictably with reason
Yet so rhythmically without
Right

Bluff

Like you remember how to play.

Redundantly speaking
I found no solace in this place

I recommend my times of hate from childhood, is that odd? Even Sunday school didn't make it better. Good to see you posting again, cheers! Enchanting piece of poetry here, thanks.
