I Will Rule

By GreekPhilosopher

I will throw away all things I hold dear
Just to see my goal in the distance so near
I will search the seven reaches of the stars
And fight until I have brilliantly fresh scars

I will do all this and consume much more
And voraciousness shall I see my will soar
I will achieve what was thought impossible
And become my own resolve unstoppable

I will appease my appetite for superiority
And all will bow to my newfound sovereignty

An excellent showcase of ruthless ambition. The thought is very well captured. I just have a problem with line 6. It doesn't seem to make sense. Other than that, very well done.
