Let's go away

By AllenTaylor

Let's go away
Just you and me
Forget about the past
And live for today
Tomorrow will shortly arrive
And we've just started to drive
Into the night
Ah, the sun will rise
And where will we be?
Girl, I don't mind
Happiness abounds
As far as the eye can see
Your hair blows in the wind
As we trod along the beach
Romance will soon begin
And we'll grab, pull and reach
We lie in the bed, counting the tiles on the ceiling
Anything that's said, evolves into feeling
Anything dull, boring and mundane
Becomes a joy consisting of sun and rain
More of you is what keeps me alive
Let's go away, tonight
Here are the keys. Hop in
Let's Ride.
