...rafter hushing...

By NikesRain

she a butterfly
falls hard this rain
like full night clouds
bring truth above beauty
after snowy skies

shine dark this magic
beneath winter light
floating her time
in whispering sad blue

between morning
and nevermore
come still comfort
almost like ice

always
and then
gone

Reading this is like watching a butterfly's ascension. Absolutely beautiful. I love when a collection of words come together like this.

I undestand the magnetism.. throughout the poem I had the image of butterfly wings beating through a heavy downpour... captivating.
