My Sea of Despair

By ColorMeToxic

 So. many. times.

 I've  melted into

a pile of sadness,

glued,

upon the floor of

confusion,  and

bordering on

madness.

...totally aware

of my disillusionment.

too. many. times.

in my life,

I have swam in

my sea of despair,

and the vastness

of it all,

has kept me

fighting for air.

... I keep reaching

for a hand

but no hand is there...

so,  I continue

to drown in my

all too familiar,

sea- of despair.
