Empty

By silentninja

So whats next?
I'm not even looking my best
How does one succumb to less
Without the sour taste of alcohol upon his breathe

The internet has possessed my very soul
With it's promnise of something more
I await something more
My life needs something more
More?
Whatever was I looking for?
Within my heart grows a hole
One I dream of filling with alcohol

I yearn for another feeling
At this point just about anything

Should I walk down that road I swore to never tread
Its now been years, and I'm not used to this nothingness yet

From recent events I remain unscathed
It's gone past lunchtime, and still i have not shaved
To come anywhere close, you'll have to be brave
Bring an exorcist just to save my name

Light of day sun
Dark of night moon

Its all the same
