Rage, my ever faithful lover

By Zyrnuvex

As the hot bittersweet taste of rage
Moistens my lips and fills me
Not unlike the innocent virgin lust
New to love, waiting for release

Senses dulled, and heightened
Paradox yet real, torment to contain
The fires of hell pale
In comparison to this desire

Cold, dark, calculated thoughts
Mixed with random psychotic desire
Bloodlust setting in, an arrow in the night
Justice in a dark world of hate

Consequence forgotten, mercy a lost language
Anguish, the water of life, nurturing this black soul
Monarch of a loveless, hopeless world
Coiled serpent ready to strike

Nightmare to every moral
Prince of unreciprocated desire
Warlord of malcontent
God of uncontrolled emotion

Nice work. Carefully planned out or just thrown on the page? Either way brilliant
