Relentless Metal

Relentless Metal

Relentless Metal raging loud-
Symphonic music for the crowd-
Aggression playing with emotion-
Silence for us, not a notion.

Born and raised to speak my mind-
Not very many friends I'd find-
But I found two, and we were strong-
We lived for every second's song.

Now we live to hear the sound-
This rock so hard it shakes the ground-
These lyrics, drums, guitars, and basses-
As Heavy-Metal melts our faces.

Upon the stage the band keeps blasting-
These moments all seem everlasting-
Such rapid notes, and angry voice-
We live like this, we made our choice.

Wearing leather, spikes, and chains-
Relentless Metal is what reigns-
And even though our ship might sink-
I really don't care what they think.

I won't be sucked into their game-
Society will know my name-
So listen as I tell this story-
I'll die fighting, in a blaze of glory.

We're rebels and we'll stand as one-
Even when our lives are done-
I know I'm free, I know I fought-
I know you all say I'll rot.

This ink that's on my skin, a vow-
That I'm upholding even now-
So even as you say I'll burn-
I say that you will never learn.

Just like this pounding double bass-
I'm in for life, to win this race-
So read this middle finger here-
You'll see me fight if you come near.

This raging flame inside my soul-
Over my life, I hold control-
So if you want to try and take it-
Take your safety and forsake it.

I'll wait for you and all your "Friends"-
Attack me then, to meet your ends-
So if you really want to bind me-
Inside the Mosh pit's where you'll find me.

We can fight on even ground-
Just because you hate our sound-
I'll live my own life how I please-
Never falling to my knees.

That's how I live to face each day-
For Metal shall not fade away-
Myself and my friends I'm defending-
Relentless Metal, never-ending.

This is my favorite of yours by far. I think every metal fan should read this. Really great. Makes me remember all those concerts that left me with bruised ribs and ringing ears.
