Fairy Castle

By Miztaken4beauty

Denied your freedom another day,
Life seems to proceed on either way.
And you feel like life is passing you by,
And, damnit sweetie, you only cry.
You can't just give up and retreat.
This life is short, but rarely sweet.
Caged, a bird, you sing and plead,
To taste the sky is truly a need.
But swept away you're a flower,
And the days tick on, hour by hour,
I hope you sieze the dying day,
before you're chances slip away,
Sometimes it feels like such a hassle,
But darling, you're my Fairy Castle,
And if you chose to fade to sky,
A piece of magic would twist and die.
