Eyes of Everliving Insanity

By maggot death

I saw her there.

She stared back at me,
uncertainty in her beautiful eyes.....

She wondered why such a staredown was necessary,
until I told her to look deep down.

Still peculiar, she said sure.

And when she looked down,
deep, deep down
into my hopeless soul.....

she gasped in shock

.....and practically fainted before my eyes
her evergreen eyes, turned to gray
all of her sanity, gone.....

All of this
this.....pain of sorts
caused
by the slightest
extract of my soul

directly from the sight of my eyes.

Author's Note:

I really think that my eyes carry the deepest of my soul. One day, the colors and variety of lines made me shudder. straight from my mind to the paper ^.^
