Can I have a moment of my time?

By SnowQueen

Can’t sleep.
I remember you.
And you are all I think of nowadays.
I don’t think I’ll ever stop loving you.
I’ll never stop loving your laugh.. or the smile that went along with it.
No, I will never forget those soft hands of yours.
Or your gentle hugs.
As if you were wrapping your arms around a delicate rose and were being cautious so that no petals fell off.
And there were those nights when we would talk about nothing.
Or something.
And you’d tell me how much you loved me.
I’ll never forget that.
My past with you is surely a stain that will not fade.
Do you stay up at night thinking of me?
Thinking of my laugh, smile, or hugs?
I would be very upset if you didn’t.
Considering all the time I spend thinking of you.
Come to think of it, I spent all my time on you.
Only to be pushed aside?
You cannot simply erase years of my life.
You certainly cannot give them back.
So, you will think of me.
You will think of me until the day you die.
If not, you will definitely think of me on the day you die.
On the nights I can’t sleep I’ll be drawn to your window.
On the nights I am drawn to your window, I’ll be drawn inside your home.
Inside your life again.
On the nights I am drawn inside your home, I’ll be interested in my replacement.
On the nights I do all this, I’ll eventually retreat to my home.
Covered in blood.
Your blood.
Her blood.
My time.. how nice to have it back.
