hue

kites draw smiles
upon my face.
facial features make me smile.
clouds gather in my mind and
blow out
illuminating stars constellating
inside your spine.
and i wonder at the wandering wonders of
everything
tracing lines upon the circular canvas of
intertwining time less ness
rivering
as a balloon
words often travel
through veins of thought and perception
suddenly popping
bursting
upon a tongue nursing a
language
so wordless it's the most
innately understandable
somersaulting
through fields of
memories and projection
sweat and conception
spring's green and desert's purple
purpling in cobalt waves
dripdropping into twinkling
interaction
and it's all interaction.
isn't it
i mean,
what isn't.
but in that interaction
in those interactions
differing colours breathe.
differing depths dive in
and come up
for air.
differing shapes merge and form.
differing malleable same.ness
exposes (it)self
depths of versatility
wavering waves of coalescence
perceptive ability
the exchange of wisdom
falling like raindrops into hands
enhancing.
enriching.
reminding.
a reflection.
recollection.
birth.
of interchangeable depths
embrace.
upon the face
of a mirrorquestionmarking
like thunder
(is it all)
reflection
of
.us.
life it.self
we
our.self
an interchangeable, indistinguishable
reflection
of it all
in the mud.puddle point
of understanding
bare knees and hiccup kisses
maybe we are an ocean.
an ocean of stars and sparkles.
crashing into eachother and tasting
the salt
stinging and
healing
hand in hand heart in heart
(handinheartinhandinheart)
touch.
FEEL
creation of creativity
are we
canvas, medium,
background,
colour,
incentive,
inspiration
integration,
understanding, correspondence
dance,
pulse.

I am a little dissapointed that I haven't read this work sooner. pure bliss to read, taking my senses on a vibrant trip. so full of everything that poetry deserves. you are an inspiration, truly!

Ya know Kelin, I read these words of you, and I cannot for a moment fathom how you could so easily walk away. I am beginning to question everything, everything. I hope you find a real path in life. Blesed be.

As reader I very much enjoy works that make the mind work. And this definitely puts the mind's eye to task. Expanding, stretching outward, till it snaps back in a loud realization of thought.

hue.... what a perfect title. It's been so long since I've read poetry, so very long. This was like taking a breath when you think you're in a smog-filled city and it being pure, clean, fresh spring air early in the morning. Satisfying, compelling and though provoking. Thank you.

i can never comment on your work right off, sometimes it takes a number of reads until i can pull myself out of it, from among it... the words always seem to adhere and weave in in an intoxicating way and i never want to miss any of them or their texture...
