another day

By Scarrzz

another day without hope
skin stretched over emptiness
how long can someone love
when no one wants it
and what is the point of living
if there is no one to love

I've been stuck in this frame of mind before and the ending result turned into self in-flicking pain. It's sad to read something that jolts me into a sudden flashback; although, I'm much happier now and full of life. .hugs. Scholar

Love is my way of being, it permeates who I am, shaping my actions and attitudes. I am more aware of the force of it than of the blood coursing through my body. I can and do love without having an object nearby to give it to, but there is a primary object and many others as well. Isolated love is quiet and may survive, But if imperfect will wither and die. When love is given and accepted, even perchance returned in kind, it blooms powerfully and beautifully. I am mourning the isolation. Scholar
