Funeral at my Place of Mistakes

By Fading_Smile

As stagnation sparked farewell
I reveled for my deepest footprint trodden
With eerie reminiscence, this standstill
Was everything but monotonous

I watched my earthen memories take in rain
Overflowing, eloping with my happiness
For sustenace alone, my liquid pain is dripping
In the shade of finality, I'm so asthentic

But the sun will still rise cutter red
I'll linger no more in this field of regret
Like trampled flowers, apologies can't go unsaid
So I shook off depression and took another step

I couldn't help but look back
I want to stand there again

If I can't

Then

Bury me there

i think what i really love about your poetry is the perfect balance, you use a good and wide vocabulary but you write short and honest while being godly and graceful, it seems impossible but you do it everytime.
