Slip Away

By InsipidTouch

Fading to black just to disappear
I'm afraid to inform you
That nobody is listening
You're speaking great and beatiful things
But nothing can comprehend
Everything you see
Is tinted in your best friend's blood
Dripping from their pores; they die
Drowning in your insanity
Break away to the open flame
Cut me until my insides spill
The love I had for you that still flows
My heart, though it's crumbling
Help me to find peace again
These vains are running slow
Numbing my fingers making life unlcear
Say a prayer as my head goes under
I'm dissolving into death.
Time is not an option
I feel into the pit of nothing
My glass body has shattered in your hands
Leave me alone to die under your flesh
Take away all that I've become
