insane aslum floor
By Darkest_Addiction
as i lie here on
the the insane aslum floor
watching frogs fly
through a blood green sea
i wonder how it got to be
a whisper in the distance
thats all it was at first
but as the days came to pass
i came to listen to this whisper
in my head
but then this whisper started
yell so i listened
to its ranting truths
but soon it was to late
and i couldn't take control
i tried to tell anyone
to yell to everyone
but i found i couldn't
even whisper to the
guy next to me
so i took control the only way i knew...
as i lie here on the
insane asylum floor
watching the frogs fly
through the blood green sea
i stop and wonder
if someone had stopped
and gave a damn
would i still be lying on
the insane asylum floor?

I must say I'm quite taken by this poem, the opening stanza is perfect and the rest of the poem just falls in line.....I liked this
