These Hands

By LiP Stiches

Blackness bleeds from these slit wrists
the floor filled with evil
as the hopes and dreams
pour out of me
my tears of blood and pain
make my cries silent
for my muted screams
make trees cover their ears and crash....

My mouth open wide
beams of anger shine so bright
the walls shake
and the moon cracks off into a sliver
as the other
crashes to the earth
my eyes hallowed out
for I cant stand to see the pain
to see potential love
that was growing inside
to see it
to see it walk away...

So I cut off these hands
they're the only things that are worth something
I give them to you
for they will help you more than me
as I slip away
in to the depths of the sea
I know someday
you will love me
again......
