Let Me Out

By Kitty_LostInHerOwnMind

Trapped in a mind
That makes no sense to me
I'm so trapped in this world
That I can't understand
I'm so alone in this place
That everyone is in
Let me out of this place
Of this hell
That I've trapped myself in
Let me free to go back to yesterday
To try and start a tomorrow
A tomorrow with my family
The people I'm connected to through love not blood
Let me out
To go back to my life
That I created
Controlled
Understood
Let me out of this place
Let me go
Let me out of this maze
That is my mind
I want to be happy
Once again with all my friends
So let me out of this prision
Called Overbrook.

Very specific, what would you say if you didnt know the happiness of yesterday, and were simply stuck in the present trying desperatly to figure out what is going on and why it is hell? Good write, Doc
