suicide note taped to gym locker

By manunkind

laughter in a language
that is not mine
happiness,
a drug
denied
a hug
for the one
who is next to me
chaotic
calling
of names
and none my own
swirling winds
of flying
voices
and
i
shall stand
thrust in the center
the meditative
central eye
of the hurricane
a lonesome figure
scorned of
physical
touch
i shall
pretend
that i
do not care.
i do not care for them,
pierre,
my friend
(an empty path)
gravel underfoot
the lonely crunch
of single steps

single steps,
that'll quicken
that'll stomp
when the silence
becomes too heavy
to hold

i am a calm eye in the storm
that will implode
when lack of activity
makes self destruction
seem plausible
and enjoyable,
the only interesting option

undetected bomb:
nuclear materials created
from splitting a single, simple atom

the truth
at the heart of invisibility
is that we (the invisible)
are all potential killers
(potential columbinists)

bang. a little noise
gun fort
gunning forth
bomb in my mind
uranium under my pillow
has soured my heart
or that which once was

They that do not care shall not be cared for...reciprocity be the rule, though there is always a saddening exception...well written
