cucumbers

By GirlintheBox

Why don't you crawl into my head,
And stay there until the day I'm dead?
Why don't you pick into my brain,
And interpret what you see?

And while you're at it, manipulate.
Make me believe you're something great.
Make me believe I should be with you,
Then not want to be with me.

Just slap me there, right on my face,
Till the blood starts to flow, and it's all I can taste.
It's not any worse than what you've already done,
mistaking me for a fool.

So pack up your stuff, and get out of my mind.
You'll only stay there for a matter of time,
Till I find something else to live in that space,
Once again counted a fool.
