This Love

By Dark Goth

What light above this darkness breaks?
Shades of beauty is what this makes
The radiance shall tell a sweet story
About This Love and all its nice glory

Feel passion sealed with a tender kiss
As it pours drowning rain it's you I miss
Taste your lips as I hold you by my side
Into the darkness we sleep and hide

No more pain or fears they're all gone away
You and I alone together will forever stay
This Love never breaks it's too strong
What starts as a poem becomes a song

I hold you close to me lying here in bed
Kiss you gently then sweet things are said
In the dark we are never alone again
Nothing will overcome the power of This Love
