Why I Hate Christmas

By rondant

What did you get for Christmas?
Was it something nice?
I am sitting here in casualty,
My face is packed in ice.
I dread it every Christmas,
SAhe never got me toys
Momma will get drunk again
A night out with the boys.
I know she doesn't mean it,
She's far to drunk to know
She hits me hard for nothing
And the bruises always show
A Christmas to remember
The police had to call
They took my mom away this time
She said I had a fall
She's really done it this time
An ambulance had to come
That's why i'm sitting here in casualty
Waiting on someone.
