Apocalyse...How?

By Liath

This can't be the end
No it can't be over
I can't let it go away
Let it go away
Let it go away
I won't let go
Of all the times we had
The times we smiled
The kisses we shared
The end may be near
Can I turn back time?
We can run around the clock tonight
Save every hour from happening
And get back what we've lost
Faces spin around with us
And the hands mock us
Snapping at our heels
Quarter to the hour
And I'm closer to the end
Take my hand now
And open your heart once again
As I close my eyes
The vibrating chimes rattles my soul
Embracing the ever-pushing force of time
Our bodies collide
Hearts together once again
My world has ended now
And was recreated to let us catch up
Refreshed and real once again
It won't slip away
We'll jump the hands and walk in place
And stay in our moment forever
The starry nights will stay in place once again
The Moon floating ominously above as
I pluck the stars right out of the sky
And place them around your eyes
Here in our moment
