Elective Subjugation (Why Don't You SEE??!!)

By Zhee

(to a patient....)

Flaunt the mutilated ugliness,
Curse your condemning stars,
Bury the mortifying shame
In your exhibitionistic scars.

Barricade the frigid passages
To where the fragile ego lies,
The deluge of prismatic tears
Mourning its tormented demise.

Rave blatant persecution
Wreaked by the psychotic mind,
Blind the self to the sacrilege
Of the innocence once enshrined.

Embrace the vacant threats,
Take sanctuary in your denial,
Indulge in self-inflicted humiliation
So you can feel worthwhile…
