i am an open book (read me)
By knightmirror
such a fool
head over heels
lying face down
in this shallow
grave walked upon
managing to stay
completely uncomfortable
under kindness
that drifted off
premature wings
molting pain
merged with trust
broken in hearts
devoured by advantage
taken and split
as grains of salt
stain serenity
with dark colors
dressing my soul
offering me selfishly
into the nothingness
where it began
being teased by
rising smiles
above compassionate horizons
stretching beyond
shadows of doubt
hiding behind torments
endless forrest
of tempting trees
talking in codes
in the language of leaves
planning deception
from starting growth
of recognized caring
concluding defeat
would be easy
since eyes focused
on reading abstrusely
into blank pages
in this delicate
binding ready to hold
stories in the making
eager to tell
unfolding tales that
emerge before
presence of all characters
reacting to these
believable situations
dousing observers
in tears and joy
never leaving
anyone uninterested
including the narrator
