Retroago (Reverse..able..latin)

By Liath

I'm a sock
Reversible
Wise as a clock; I can go both ways
I'm convertable

The out way is in
The in way is out
The upside is down
And the downside is up

Take the mask off
Show me the real
No, put it back on
I prefer the fake

Dark as day
And bright as night
Bask in the shade
And shiver in the light

I can summan an ocean
But can't banish a puddle
Drink the lotion
And rub in the soda

I can't get rid of these feelings
Eat my words
Digest my conscious
I'm reversible, most of the time

i like how this works. it has an almost jerky feel to it, and my guess is that's how the feeling is too.
