A Mad Mad Mad World

By -Oz-

look right through me
run in circles
come and find me
the snow is one big circus
look up into the rain
and with a thought of drowning
there is just too much pain
no more time for clowning
just sit and listen
lost in an emotion i know oh too well
watch the wet rocks as they glisten
there is no marrow
of which i'll be happier
my heart took an arrow
flying through the air as a tiny sparrow

worn out and screaming
the water gathers
the sun is beaming
on shining daggers
familar faces
on rats in races
so many souls
to never meet
tripping into giant holes
stumbling upon their balenced feet

there is not expression
for the sorrow i find sad
i find myself only to question
why am i so mad?
i find it sorta funny
when the days shine with moonlight
and the nights are so sunny
just for spite, i refuse to fight

behold, unburied and uncurled
a mad world
