Two-Way Mirror(featuring anth)

By knightmirror

some things ARE unseen

i dream/drift
in a place previously non existent
i lose/find
i look upon myself below myself
i glimpse/sense
its ever altering essence
somewhere in another perspective
far from common roads
one situation morphs into another unnoticed
one time i am me another time i am not
and sometimes im all simultaneous
im just a consciousness my true self
and no thoughts beyond current situations occur
nothing has a structure
i can be the whole scene at once
watching/creating
outside of this scene is nothing
the scene has no size yet it has no surrounding
only existence is the current perspective
previous scenes dissapear since they have no structure
and the next perspective takes its place
existence only as it happens
until imagined again
no sense of hot and cold unless imagined
gravity is just an essence
i see but without eyes
im everything everywhere
everything may be made of light
and i am as a prism
there is nothing without colour

such beauty in these shades
of perfections pyramid that
represents this gorgeous mind,
constructed by pillars and bricks,
construed together by dopelmines
that pump millions upon millions
of powerful thoughts out.
mutating into
enticing
icicles melting and flowing upon
eternity'shore

in our material state
you may gaze your "reflection"
reflecting back at you
from lifeless soulless eyes
your body is a mere vessel
as in a singularity that can contain
a whole universe
as in shaolins that can feel no pain
defying boundaries
they become thier conscience
pain is just an illusion
i am mortal, but am i human?

opening my eyes,keeping
my lids closed,seeing souls,
swooping down,shaking wings
with me,greeting me,
allowing me to view life
through clouds built like
a two-way mirror

bruce lee knew of essence
and was to defy manmade instinct
to progress the self
"my style is no style"
to not be boundaried by restrictions of martial arts
to be as water
formless
natural
i transcend to the mind of god
and ask why is there essence rather than nothingness
the shapeless self
my religion is no religion
as to not be boundaried by false ideologies
but be as essence
limitless
free

free like speechless words...
free like whispering gusts...
spoken gently by listening leaves
and secret seas

i sense your essence
i know of you
i become above you
you know not yourself

as you knOW/Not me...
nor do you choose to acknowledge me...
even when i rise follicles
on the back of your neck and say,
"here i am!!!"

a coma from trancension
unable to move at all but aware
is but an example
of how your mind is no longer in control
of your body, yet still conscience
what are you?

what am i?what are we?
i am you and together we are one...
one in the same...
still seperate...
you are vulnerable and i search for
me to protect us

everything has a negate
as in light vs dark
reality and essence
death embraces life
and i embrace myself
i sleep within myself
i die to awake
i live to dream

i dream to escape,
i escape to return,
i return to open the drape,
and i open the drape to burn,
us into myself

mortals are vein
saint or sinner
all pay thier dues
before fading into nothingness
thier consciousness and essence
become absorbed and transformed
self realisation scatters
for those whos mind warrants no further
existence is for me
your life is dead
it takes a light to see the dark
a moon to light the stars

remember also it takes
stars to sparkle your eyes
and eyes to close
to see me

as i dream a transformation
i am a bird, or
is the bird dreaming of me?

nevertheless
dreaming takes place
within us all

i walk into a room, but my consciousness floats in
i may feel cold and bored
but im also flying aroound the room, absorbing
i may become an essence of a conversation
or i may see through the eyes of another
sometimes im the aura of the "air"
sometimes im a sound
i fade away
into a bass drone
floating around the room
into the ears of all
a nameless nothingness of a noise
howling wordless truths

ecohing life
preventing death
etching myself into space and timeless
peace

i need no meditation, or to completely lose
sense of reality
i transcend not i simply exist
as my true self
early

early like the earth's
birth in the begining...
early like i rise to
dream for moments that
never die...

i never switch off
always thinking/dreaming
as i walk down the street
acros the street i am gazed upon
by beings whos existence i do not acknowledge
there thoughts so limited and small
makes it hard to comprehend
thier lives are innefective, they are nothing
and as they gaze wondering if they should approach
this mysterious figure clad in the shades of night
to demand money, what they may not realise is that
i would all of a sudden recognise thier existence
and perhaps extinguish them
by methods of kali yuga
i would sense there boundaried minds
and before a motion occurs
they would greet the ground
they cant touch me, im just an illsuion

a mirror

it is said that their is nothing more fearful
than a man who has nothing to lose

fear me

i say their is nothing more fearful
than someone who has something to fight for

fear not

matter
does not matter

time's a waste of
time

i would tell you about a time i once dissapeared
but i best not

perhaps when you can fly
you will miss not being able to

but that's for you
to decide

like the commander of the ship, the authority, the elder
i remember the inferiority as a child of the value of worth
things are put in perspective when you are forbidden and ordered around
like insects that just exist without souls but they shall crawl in your mouth at night
so im supposed to believe in a greater power
is true peace not that all things are equal and fair
but then where would personal pride fit in , and self worth
to be as equal to everything is to not even exist
to be as lesser is worse to be as more is unfair
why are there so few rebels
threats of the greater powers
who are they?
who is it that is coditioning and constricting my life
who is it that manipulates and controls
the only freedom is the freedom they let you have
a bit like a film of a controlling society
and they say huh glad it isnt really like that
there are people out there
with true imagination and heart and answers
to questions answered by the wrong people
the people in power
the mindless that rule the mindful
huh
the stagnation of it all
why is this our reality
is this reality?
why is it the true leaders of our world are so silent
so unknown, they no longer care
they just live amongst them
and dream of a world that could be
invisible butterflies amongst the non catylistic
sewn mouthed wolves amongst sheep
and i look into the future crystal ball
and i see nothing but holocaust clouds
the planets disease
there is no hope for mankind
the percentage of the ignorant and soulless
too far outweighs the true humans
so i dont care
let fire rain on and mankind

I'd have to agree with the little girl. I think braindead was being a little close minded when he made that comment. I grasped a lot in this, but I think a few parts could be trimmed, because it seemed to drag on a bit more than needed. Unless of course I

*Unless of course you're saying I'm simple minded too...in that case my friend, you're the only one that can't grasp the whole picture.

  • A former member wrote: that could very well be the case; I believe, however, that to condense something such as a poem, is to remove it from it's original essence and therefore corrupt it's intended path. Look at the Bible; perfect example... lol at me rambling like an idiot

  • A former member wrote: Indeed I believe you are correct, Six; I spoke in haste and ignorance, and humbly apologize to all parties and have removed my unnecessary comment. Again, this is an outstanding duet; a sheer work of brilliance, derived from masterful minds

Two fantastic poets join forces, and the result is this. A colossal work of excellence. This was absolutely breath taking.

"sewn mouthed wolves amongst sheep" amazing, accurate analogy. Bravo, both you, something beyond sheer brillance here. Much respect. -L

This would be mastery if you cut at least half of it out. I'd have to be a glutton for punishment to read it all when it repeats so many concepts. Good theme, overkill on explanation.

  • A former member wrote: Wow, Knight...this is pure brilliance. I expected a great collaboration...but this is exquisite.
