Trip

By knightmirror

suspended in animation,
the vivid colors melt together,
scorching life that had
once existed in altered states,
submerged in deprevation
tanks,tickled by an angels feather
lounged on Heaven's pad
then slowly turns and disintegrates
into thin air

pulsepounding prophecies
engage earth's extraordinary
hearthammering health
suffocating slipsliding souls

luminous glows surrender
before the darkest shade of grey,
blasphemous ecohes dull
keen hearing from the outside in,
searching for a defender
finding them only in my heart's ray,
this wrenching aura of my soul
being destroyed by myself from within
out of thick smog

such pollution

The line "such pollution" was deeply profound and perfect, giving the images and expression throughout the piece. I totally agree with purr, this is amazing to read. ~L
