Indifference Again

By Jaded Jezzabelle

Deep down
I think you blame me
for all this animosity
and
while i'll except my part in this
it wasn't me who started this
you know right from wrong
you had a choice
but you went along
doing exactly as you please
not thinking of anyone but yourself
Instead of being a man
and
standing strong
on principal
thats what you preach
stop hiding behind blindness
open your eyes
look around
what goes around
does eventually come back
I've found
that every thing comes full circle
what happened to your self respect
the desire you used to have
to always do the right thing
by me
just because
where is your self esteem
do you ever stop to reflect
don't you ever dare to dream anymore
I want so much to just let this shit go
forgive you and forget
the bullshit
you put me thru
but inside I'll always know
reguardless of how close we once were
before
could I ever really trust again
and
fully open that door
to pour out my heart like I used to do
I need to scream and shout
allow myself to just break down
and
gently fall apart
would you be there waiting
to pick up the pieces
like you always were
I can't be sure
and
I'm finding it hard to deal with
your
indifference
