"Luciant"

By Forever Cold

Do you see it?
The sunlight..
How it rises so slowly , as if afraid to show its face..
I saw it rise once..
And it was more beautiful then any thing I have seen sense..
I remember trying once to see it again..
My eyes bled for weeks after.
But it was worth it, just to see it again..
Ah well, we all have our little things we miss about humanity.
For some it is nature bound like me,
For others it is flesh bound,
The taste of a fine wine, or the feel or water running down your back..
I truly miss above all other things, love..
Yes, I can love now, but it is not the same as the ignorant human mind.
The way the heart is so fragile then, how easy it can fall in love then break.
It is a bittersweet thing, something that truly has an acquired tasteā€¦.
I can search forever now, looking for that feeling again and I shall feel nothing.
That is a horrid pain, to see it all around you every day, and know
You can not feel It.. Agony dose not begins to describe It..
But what do you care you will know first hand here in mer moments..
Sit back and relax darling, take in a sip of wine to calm your nerves..
One so beautiful dose not look well with flush red cheeks..
