The Ice Cream Man

By SilentStalker

And see the children run to me, excitement in their eyes
Ah, here you go, this one's on me; how 'bout a big surprise?
I have so many flavors out, but now made something new
Hey little girl, come on inside; I'll show it just to you

I'll take you to the factory where we make all our treats
And there you'll get all the ice cream that you could hope to eat
There's vanilla, cookies and cream, and chocolate sundae
Banana split, and strawberry--The new one, do you say?

I don't know what to call it yet--hey, what's your name, again?
Yes, that will make a perfect name--it's made from you, my friend
Don't scream now; it won't hurt a bit--well, maybe just a while
But we are at my secret place; no one will hear for miles

Now my machine will grind you up and add you to the cream
I write your name down for the mix-- behold! New Crystal Dream!
Now see the children run to me, excitement in their eyes
Ah, here you go, this one's on me...how 'bout a big surprise?

Yeah, same here! And, it was called The Ice Cream Man! The thing is, that ice cream man was much creepier, while this one would do a much more effective job in tricking the children because he seems so damn appealing. Once again, this poem rules.
