What is a soul

An essence of being

And if timed just right

it melds with another

Who’s just out of sight

Love has no face

It has no sight

It has no form

It knows who’s right

One soul for another

To be bonded together

Waiting forever In a place.

For the chance alone

To share the same space

Encounter of a lifetime

When it feels just right.

It doesn’t see

the pretty girl

Walking across the street

Or the guy with the winning smile.

It Just feels

 their essence is not complete

And the missing piece , 

however atypical 

Falls easily into its place.  

This place is not all

Rainbows and sunshine, 

But it's a place both souls know

That's meant to be

For them at least

Their souls resting home.

However moveable 

it may be, 

They will see

Time and time again 

That they will come back to it

Again and again 

Until the 

All too often 

Unforeseeable 

Fate has come to be.
