Limp

By Bittersweetbedbyes

Mistakes made long ago stick around like Ghosts
Pushing harder than the force of Gravity
Into the forefront of (y)our mind

Blaming me when we're both Guilty
Bellicose with me
And Sombre to the world

Lies drip residue thick as Molasses
Time passes slow as such and Drags like a Snuggie
But your Mind won't let you forget

Years past the Anger lingers
A Stench left unattended
Has grown Bigger than this Tiny house can contain

I don't care anymore
I walk with a Limp
A nail stabbing into the bottom of my foot

i just jotted this down. i don't like editing anything I write, it feels more real and raw this way.
