Drown out the world,
And drown out your mind.
Chaotic, consuming verses
Drowning all else out.
Thundering notes like a storm,
Fierce lyrics whipping around.
In the center you stand,
Numb as you surrender yourself.
So turn up the music,
And scream your heart out
As you close your eyes.
Tears falling down your face,
Consumed by the noise.
Sanctity in music.
