witchy

By Devil lyn

she`s never coming back
he said
she`s never coming back

she just laid down
her poison inks
and slipped
a catholic rose
through her hair

she`s never coming back
he said
never coming back
to write me her last poem

A Catholic rose is a symbol of life , love and beauty . It also stands for honor of sacrifice . We honor not those who attain but those who gave up everything .

The way you write and convey feelings... It's as if your pen was dipped in absinthe and holy water. It's spiritually twisted, and I mean that as a compliment. There is always a rawness to it.
