Euphoric melodies entice the rhetoric of my compulsion
I see in your dismay -repulsion
Glitter exploded within my mind
Shrapnel of terse memories-- blind
I feel the flood of lost time
Parallels of universes never explored
My own thoughts I abhor
In this chaos bomb my insanity revolves
Forgotten sun laces the glitter with slivers of cool light
Enticing my neurons to fight
Random in their firing
I can only smile as I endure my rewiring
Look to my soul as you realize
These eyes no longer reflect this earthly sky
Long ago I said goodbye
