I burn
Vengeance of a life overturned
Scorned as I tried to tell what was true
Manipulation of those used
Here today
Soul grey and blood spattered red
That was me taking off your wicked head
They’ll find us soon
Me talking to a head in this blood-spattered room
Sanity’s demise will be my brutal disguise
I whisper in his lifeless ear—No more lies
I smile as I hear the door erupt in splintered bliss
Police are here to see my farewell kiss
I lay upon a floor drenched with life blood sticky sweet
I see their disgust as our eyes meet
Yet one I see her eyes shy—She understands
She whispers in my ear as she cuffs my hands
…I wish that was my man…
