Where is hope?

A touch to the water

ripples

little rises and faster

falls

tears from a god above

falling

What is life but

reason?

In a pit of darkness,

cast

from the seraphim’s sky,

glory

burning, and blinding the

eye.

faster to crescendo, higher yet still,

falling.

There is no hope to this godless

reason,

we’ve played already, the die

cast.

no reason to live in this vain

glory

And who to blame, but

I
