...Regrets of a war-torn mind

As the minutes explode
Time fiercely unfolds
No quarter as I beg
Just another second before I slip into the red
Pool of misfit blood
My life floods
Memories and desires
Desperate for purchase as my weakness to be
Overrides the fate I chose for me
Too late do I see
The beauty of what life could one day be
Tripping into this dark death-gasm
I feel copper upon my tongue
Fuck I’m too young
Dying in silence with no one to hear
My suicide note written in fear
Torment of teenage lesions
Left me in the dark with a blade of twisted reason
In the silence  -- Without hope -- I refused to hear
In the end becoming another casualty of fear
Last thoughts spark as remorse I feel
…How will my parent ever heal…?

Good piece! I think the Black Sabbath piece you linked to complimented this well too. Nice job! Ciao, T/S Scholar
