One for the Children

By A Dispelled Truth

We, evil seeped upon,
lead sheep to slaughter.

We, satisfy lust with fair skin,
and pheromones from daughters.

We, of endless appetite,
feast in candle-lit catacombs.

We, chant and sway
over screaming saxophones.

We, coat daggers in malice,
filling chalices from bloody streams.

We, of parched lips,
part hips of toppled queens.

We, bereft of guilt.
Gilded in sickness.

We, repeat.
With God as our witness.

Like most here I battle my demons daily. We are a very flawed race, indeed.
