M00n matrix

By molock

desert dragons
descending from the sky.
searching for gold
oppressing man kind.
what's hidden in darkness
will be brought to light.
we worshiped the sun
to free our minds.

the deluge came
and we suffered the
never ending rain.
the knowledge of the sun
got washed away.
like a thief in the night
the serpent took the reins.

the moon matrix
...in full effect.
am i goin' crazy?
quiet as it's kept.
light carrying waves,
...holding my spirit in
contempt.
wander 'round in a daze,
does any of this make
sense?

shielded from the sun,
it's our reality...
the moon beams come,
to control humanity
...it's lunacy.
can we change the
frequency?
break the chains,
...and set ourselves
free?

the moon matrix
...in full effect.
am i goin' crazy?
quiet as it's kept.
light carrying waves,
...holding my spirit in
contempt.
wander 'round in a
daze,
does any of this make
sense?

Where blood is only a deeper shade of black. Admire the different take on a old standard; for a questioning that is as old as mankind. Cheers Mo! - Dan

Your imagery and lyrical way of writing has always impressed me. This ebbed and flowed. It was so soothing but spot on. Always a treat to read your words.

I can hear the tide in this as the moon controls the water that is mankind. Very much enjoyed.
