sunday memory
By Magdalena
I stood on the shore
of the earth
felt
your soul leave
my childlike
lips
let slip
your name
in silence
at my feet
you are
unending
and remember nothing
of the rusting world
a constant light
behind my eyes
you disconnect
but never leave
te extraño
with wings of moon-moths
ever waxing
through galaxies
I cannot reach
my angel
brother

Soft, delicate and endearing. Yet, the wave of emotion deafening in my wake. I too, know this hurt. .sigh. Flawless and honouring piece, love💋
