Complexities of the mind
Thoughts that turn those unkind
Into the conscience of a once shimmering soul
Now only an ebon glow
See the infection as your lies unfold
Told in casual obscurity
Never thinking of the cruelty
You bled your infection unto me
Infected by the desire of you –I did not see
The darkness coming to be
Robbed me of flint & steel
No fire in this frozen heart to see
Cold emptiness envelops me
Expanding into the darkness as my hatred of life explodes
Run my world, before my wrath takes
…Hold
