...Serenade of the soul

By SolApathy

In the darkness of the things we lose over the passage of time
In between the lines of darkness and despair
Hope finds a place; there
Waiting for the moment you think you can never again, care
Lifting your soul beyond the air, into the stars
Where beauty reaches infinitely far
There will always be pain
As there is always a double-edged sword
There will always be love to fight for
That should be your core
Delving deep into the lines between
Grasping onto the memories that have yet to be seen
Just as the day will always end
Another shall always begin
Serenading you in the warmth of a happiness that can still...Be

I loved the last line, with the hesitation to be. I enjoyed this because of its honesty and symbolism. Thank you for sharing. :)
