Waiting

I thought I knew loneliness when you left,
But I guess I didn't consider the aftermath from my head.
You were gone and I could not bare,
The darkness began to creep back into its lair.
I'm so sick and tired of listening to people whinge,
Like bloody hell get over it.

So what she doesn't love you,
Who cares what you have to say.
Stop putting your crap onto my shoulders,
And start fixing it yourselves.

Why do I feel so lonely when I have everything I need,
I feel like I'm getting better.
Until I'm alone in the dark,
Fighting not to make a mark.

I guess I tried to win this fight,
But I can hardly see the light.
My pain grows more day by day,
I wish it would just go away.

So here I am stuck in this life,
Waiting day by day for this to end.
