Pillowy Earth

By lupus tenebrae

Snow; downy white, dredged up from
pillowy earth
...

swirling with grace, playful
and skirting the refractive
view

of the back-door, window frosted;
stray chills grazing the breadth of my back
whilst
I stare into falling night.
