Replaced

The calm gentle breeze,
sways almost ghost like through out the tree's.
Laughter and smiling such a beautiful sight,
pushing and shoving and playful fights.

Tear after tear falls down her face,
watching the one she loved find someone else to take her place.
Lips tremble trying not to scream,
sore throat from keeping it in.
Butterfly's replaced with spiders and snakes,
as she runs through the memories that he now has replaced.

Anger sadness and hate,
so many emotions that have now took place.
Not knowing what to do,
after everything they had been through.

"My heart is yours"
"I'll never leave you"
"Your the girl of my dreams there's no way I'll give that up"

Remembering the sweet words he once said,
that are now all lies inside her head.
What to do now,
after the man she loved betrayed her some how.

Memory after memory running like a tape,
trying not to cry so her smile is fake.
He moved on so she too must,
but it'll be hard to find someone that she can trust.

Her dreams now nightmares,
but no one cares.
So for now she must cry her self to sleep,
without making a peep.

Closing her eyes,
as the tears slide.
Throat in pain,
as her love was in vain.

Goodnight she whispered. .....
