Heavy Water

By Phalanx

Have you ever walked through a door out of curiosity
To find it's shut behind you?
You don't know where you're going but,
You can't go back the way you came.
So out you go, into dripping hallways, dancing,
While reverberations and ripples
Tack old skin to stone.
Puddles capture, as you become,
Refracting light of the destination
On your journey.
